Roy Walker

Educated at the Central School of London Roy Walker moved to St Ives in 1966. He had fourteen solo exhibitions in England, Holland and the United States and participated in more than twenty group exhibitions. He was Visiting Lecturer at Falmouth School of Art, St Cloud State University, USA, Connecticut College, USA Franklin College, Switzerland and Plymouth College of Art, UK. His work is found in the Victoria and Albert Museum, the British Council, Leicester University and Connecticut College. He was a member of the Penwith Society of Arts, Newlyn Society of Artists, Royal Society of Painters, the Plymouth Society of Artists, G12, and the Colbait Group.
