Juan Ripolles
Juan Garcia Ripolles was born in 1932 in Castellon, Spain.He studied at the Escuela de Artes y Oficios Francisco Ribalta Castellon and in 1952 he moved to Paris where he was acquainted with Miro, Picasso and Chagall whose work he has ably continued. He returned to Spain in 1963 and based his studio in Castellon. A multifaceted artist Ripo has worked in iron, glass, bronze, oils, engravings, plastics and ceramics. His exhibitions, reputation and fame is worldwide.
